TEMPOROMANDIBULAR JOINT (TMJ) THERAPY

Graston Technique

A Modern Approach to Soft Tissue Mobilization

The Graston Technique is an evidence-based, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) method  designed to effectively detect and treat soft tissue injuries and fascial restrictions. Using specially designed stainless-steel instruments, this technique allows our therapists to identify areas of tightness, scar tissue, or inflammation and apply precise pressure to improve mobility, reduce pain and promote healing.
